Inc.’s youth transition program, BEYOND, is a character-based approach for
youth with disabilities ages 14-22. It is designed to help students in the
transition from the secondary school environment to independence in the world
of work, post-secondary education, and adulthood.
flexible curriculum offers over 30 lessons which can be molded and
differentiated to the unique needs of youth with disabilities. What

Youth Transition Specialist will travel to schools on a regular basis to meet
with students. BEYOND can be taught on a semester or year-long schedule. Meetings are designed to be 45 minutes long.
